Truth? Check the Bible!

I found something interesting on the internet:

Adam, (the man) was formed on the 8th day ?
Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Genesis 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

But from what I read in the Bible, Genesis 1:27 says "So God created man......", and later on in verse 31 "God saw all that he had made.......the sixth day."
Hence Acts 17:11 "......examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true."
